At Hastings, we’re proud of the relationships we have with our local independent agent partners, and of the work they do to understand you and your needs. We’re always encouraging our policyholders to first contact to their agent to ask a question or take care of something. 

Many people like to do everything themselves — the internet makes that possible a lot of the time, and even the most helpful representative isn’t available every minute of every day. But sometimes that’s not the best solution.
