- Keep your neck straight.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed.
- When typing, keep forearms parallel to the floor and wrists straight.
- Make sure your back has full contact with the backrest (sit all the way back in your chair)and that your lower back fits into curved lumbar support.
- Keep your thighs parallel to the floor.
- Ensure your screen is 15 to 28 inches from your eyes.
- Keep your screen at eye level or slightly lower.
- Keep your screen straight ahead with your line of vision.
- Use a document holder at screen level.
- Ensure your keyboard is at elbow height.
- Keep your phone, mouse, and frequently handled material within easy reach.
